Stick Up Cam - Motion Works, Video Does Not

New Stick Up Cam. Worked fine for 2 days, now the dashboard snapshot is frozen and Live and Timeline are inop. Motion Detect, Alerts, and Warning are working. Device health looks good. Closed/Opened app, hit the reset button, and pulled the plug with no change. What else to do?

Hi @JerryInIL. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you using cellular data or WiFi. Are you able to Live View from the Ring app or Ring.com? These questions will help narrow down what could be happening here.

Hi Tom. I am using a iPhone SE, iOS15.4.1 and an iPad, OS15.3.1 and Windows 10.
I am using home WiFi. I cannot see LiveView or snapshots on any device. Not sure where to find the app version.

BTW, Both of my wired doorbells are working fine.

Hi @JerryInIL. Thanks for getting back to me. Let’s try this-Try connecting a Camera to a WiFi hotspot and then attempting the Live View. If you are able to connect, this means there needs to be some adjustments done to your network. If not, I would suggest reaching out to our support team so they can look into this further. Hi Tom. The stickup cam seems to have fixed itself. I didn’t try anything else. The only change that I know of is that the iPad updated last night and the camera is working again. Thanks for the help.
