Stick up cam keeps going offline for live view but records motion and gives notifications still

Hi there, I’m having some trouble with my outdoor stick up cam. It keeps showing as offline and I can’t live view but it still records motions and notifies me. It happens on any phone app, computer, etc. so I know it’s now just my phone/app. It’ll randomly reconnect every now and then but the signal strength is strong and there’s no reason why this keeps happening. Please help!!
