Live view connection is often dependent on wifi recourses and signal strength. Check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure that there is not a VPN enabled on any mobile device/ computer you are using. Power cycling the Camera can also help, by simply unplugging from power for a moment, then plugging back in. I recommend also trying out the [Rapid Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028023571-Rapid-Ring-App-Information), designed for optimal access to live view. :)
