Stick up cam keeps going offline for live view but records motion and gives notifications still

Live view connection is often dependent on wifi recourses and signal strength. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure that there is not a VPN enabled on any mobile device/ computer you are using.

Power cycling the Camera can also help, by simply unplugging from power for a moment, then plugging back in. I recommend also trying out the Rapid Ring app, designed for optimal access to live view. :slight_smile:
