Stick Up Cam is not detecting people

Stick Up Cam is not detecting people at night or day time.
Stick Up Cam’s infrared lights are toggled on.
We miss events, day or night. When the camera has had a quiet period it seems like it is in sleep mode and not working. Any tips?
Have followed all tips in the app, all adjustments the app recommends, etc

Hi @Kjartan. Try the following additional steps if your Stick Up Cam is missing motions:

• Reboot your Stick Up Cam using the Ring app.

• Verify that your Camera has good signal strength.

• If your Camera is battery-operated, verify that you have changed the Motion Frequency to Frequent. This option will drain your battery more, but it helps with not missing motions.

• Verify your Camera placement is not affecting its motion detection. Use this Help Center page with our Camera placement guide on how to install it to get its best performance.
