Anyone have this issue? I’ve had it happen 2 times and I had to do a hard reset to fix. Anyone know the reason? Do I have a defective camera?
Same issue with mine, called customer service and they claim its my wifi router. I have other ring cameras, and only the stick up cams have this issue. A simple google search by Ring Customer Support would show that many stick up cam owners have the same issue. Ring needs to fix this.
