Stick up cam Ethernet

Hello All,I am pulling my hair out. The camera works perfectly if I setup the unit to work via WiFi.As the unit will eventually live outdoors, I would like to setup the camera to work via ethernet. Many hours of frustration, it just does not work. It remains in setup mode - period.The camera is connected to a simple 5-port dlink switch - yes, I have checked and changed the cable - it is the laptop cable, so it works.I have tried DHCP as well as static - no luck.Could a support engineer possibly assist ThanksMike
