how far back can I or should I be able see snapshots? I am trying to view a snapshot of monday on a thursday but it doesnt seem to load on shows me the motions detected.
Any idea how far back I can see snapshots on a stick up elite cam PoE
Great question @imran! Snapshots will be stored in the cloud for seven days, after which they are automatically deleted. This will not affect any of your motion events or Live Views. Check out our help center article about Snapshots for more information. 
I can only see today’s and yesterdays snap shots ? Why cant I see 7 days worth ?
