Stick Up Cam Elite PoE Failed after 5 hours

I setup my brand new stickup cam elite today and all worked fine using PoE then it stopped working. No power out light now on the PoE adapter. Camera works fine using USB power both on ethernet & wi-fi. Is it likely the PoE adapter has broken after just 5 hours? The camera is outside, but the PoE adapter is inside…so not a water issue (plus it has not rained).

Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you get the PoE adapters separately and /or use a third party PoE adapter such as TP Link?

Hi there, @chrisedward! The PoE adapter and the Camera should certainly be working as intended, and a port failure should not happen in this manner. Please check all connections and that the ports are clear of any debris on both the Camera and switch. As you mentioned the ethernet connection type working, but only the power supplied by PoE not working, you may be correct on this.
