Stick up cam elite not able to rotate view

Just bought 6 Stick up cam elite units, with the understanding the view can be rotated 180 degrees to allow for inverted mounting from the ceiling.Nowhere in the app can i find such a setting to allow for the inversion of the video.Help??

    This is ridiculous. Clearly it's a minor software fix that they could easily implement. They just want us to spend the money to buy their mount. It's intentional that they are bait & switching this feature.

      I agree with the others here. How ridiculous that the RING app doesn't incorporate this simple image rotate feature that's obviously needed for any ceiling mount application. :face_vomiting:
