I put a new fully charged battery in the stick up camera and it doesn’t recognize it. So it won’t allow me to use live view. I also have a solar panel that it recognizes. I tried to reset it and it still doesn’t work.
Hi @Evan1342. Try selecting the Spotlight Cam Pro in the Ring app and tap on the Device Settings tile. From there, open the General Settings menu and ensure that you have battery selected for the Power type. Additionally, what is the RSSI for this device? This is found in the Device Health menu.
