Ive been away at work and one day the image displayed in live view and recorded is now purple.
I have the ring stick up outdoor battery version and it isnt in direct weather under roof eaves.
Im home now and swapped the battery for a fully charged one and it is still faulty.
Is this covered under my ring protect plan???

Try rebooting your Stick Up Cam using the reboot option found on the Device Health page. If that doesn’t clear up this purple hue, you can fully reset your Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Camera back up in the Ring app with the steps under Set Up a Device.
