Stick cameras are enabling themselves


Has anyone had issues with their stick cameras enabling themselves randomly to record. I have had this happen with all 3 of my cameras at random times during the day. I have reset all the cameras and am still experiencing this issue. I have called Ring customer service like 4 times and every single person I spoke to basically could not assist me. I mean they acting like I told them the world was ending, it was horrible customer service. I had to repeat myself 5 times to relay my issue, and then finally I was transferred to a “technician” who basically told me I would have to pay $150 to have someone come and look at my cameras. I am getting so frustrated and am seriously freaked out that someone has hacked into our cameras. Please if anyone has any suggestions, since I cannot get Ring to help me, that would be greatly appreciated.
