Connected stick camera with USB to charge it but the percentage of battery remains the same . How can I check if it is charging
Hi @Art13! If the battery was very low, it can take several hours for it to charge fully. There should be an LED indicator confirming the device is charging, but you can also trigger a motion on your device with the battery inserted and your Ring app should update with it’s battery level.
