My video doorbell is hard wired and shows it’s off line constantly. I followed all instructions to connect and nothing worked. It shows Status 1 in devise health.

You can find the name of your Doorbell on the original packaging, on the back of the Doorbell itself, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. Additionally, are you receiving any error messages in the Ring App when attempting to connect your Doorbell to wifi? What lights are you seeing on the Doorbell?
