I bought a ring doorbell only a few months ago. The last few weeks I have been getting such bad static when I try to talk to a visitor that they can’t understand me. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting, checked the Wi-Fi connection and it’s fine and have tried updating the app. I’m going to have to return it if the issue is not resolved.
