Static sound on interior camera

The sound on my interior camera recordings is nothing but static, it doesn’t record the noise in the room.
Device settings audio streaming and recording is on.

Hi @user8284. it’s possible that another electronic device nearby the Camera could be causing interference, resulting in this static you’re hearing. I would also recommend performing a factory reset and setting your Camera back up. You can reset your Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to set your Camera back up. Test it out to see how the recording audio sounds and if the static is still present.

Same issue. Seriously, a factory reset? Interference from another device. It’s a good thing your engineers don’t design avionics for aircraft. Planes would be grounded for “factory resets.” It’s a joke for a Ring product.
