Static from all recordings and live view

Hello-I’ve had the wired video Ring doorbell since March and haven’t had issues since recently. There is now static when I try to watch recordings or live view. I can’t hear the person outside when they ring the doorbell because of the static. My transformer voltage is good and a signal strength of -20 which I can see is great. Anyone else having an issue or had an issue and fixed it? This is driving me crazy.

Hi @warzka. First, try rebooting your router to see if that clears up the audio. If there is still static, try connecting your Doorbell to a wifi hotspot. This will let you know if there is an issue with some of your network settings. If you still have audio problems while connected to a wifi hotspot, you’ll need to reach out to our support team.
