Since the latest updates starting on February 26, 2021 videos that I have starred are no longer available for download or viewing. Steps to duplicate; star a recent video. Wait until more videos record. Then do a delete all. Recently starred videos are longer viewable.
Hi @jwardza. I would first ensure that your Ring app is up to date. This will ensure proper function of the Ring app. If it is up to date and you are still having this concern, reach out to our support team so they can take a look into your account details and see exactly what is happening.
