I was looking at one of the kits, and I was going to finish my purchase, but when I updated the address the Spring Sale was removed.
On google, it says it ends May 1, what’s wrong here?
I’d love to get a second one as a gift for my sister, but I’d like to be able to participate in the sale.
I was trying to order a 10 piece kit with an indoor cam on the Europe site for 269.99 euros, but now it’s jumped to 399.99 euros.
Hi @xAndrTor. It looks like the screenshot you shared is referencing the US website at ring.com, which does show a Spring Sale until 5/1 at 9PM PST. If I go to the Europe website at eu.ring.com, I do not see any current sales or promotions active. You’re welcome to give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here to see if they have any additional information they can share on current sales or promotions. If you are outside of the US, please visit here to see how to contact support.
here’s the checkout cart view:
Checkout cart EU.ring
I had left it on this page, and I came back to it to correct the address, but as soon as I come back from that, it removed the savings. Maybe it just expired between when I placed them in the cart and when I was going to try and check out?
I hope a call will help… I will try during the day, I was really hoping to get her this.
There was something discounted a few days ago when I was about to purchase, but I don’t know if it coincides with the Spring Sale available in US/Can.
I’m in Canada, but I was hoping to buy it for my sister that is in Portugal (thus the EU site, since the plugs would all be local versions).
@xAndrTor It’s definitely possible that any promotion running at the time expired before you completed the purchase, since there’s no promotion currently listed on the EU site. Our support team may have more information when you reach out, but they likely cannot retroactively apply any discounts from a previous sale or promotion.
I talked to them, and while I did that I realized that the ones on sale are not the Pro kits… since those don’t exist in Europe yet.
Thanks again for your help.
@xAndrTor That makes sense, I’m glad you were able to find an answer.
