Spotlight security

Having purchased a battery operated light last year I have noticed that only one security light that seems to light up? Is this something in settings or is it faulty?

Hi. If you have a Floodlight Cam or Spotlight Cam, both LEDs on the Cam should be lighting up. Try performing a reset on your Cam by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once that is complete, you can reconnect to WiFi. You can also perform a power cycle by removing power from the device for about 5 minutes, then restoring power.
