Spotlight plus cam not working

My spotlight plus cam worked correctly a few days, suddenly it stopped working. Unsteady WiFi connection and I can’t watch videos, either live or recorded. WiFi signal is good, I even moved the camera to another location and linked to a different router and nothing yet.

Any suggestion !!

Hi @user69266. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend factory-resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.
