I have 1 floodlight and 2 spotlight cameras all wired.
A couple weeks ago one spotlight camera went offline and I’ve tried everything to get it back online.
Now the second spotlight camera has gone offline as I attempt to get the other back online.
Finally the app will not provide an updated video feed of the remaining camera although it’s still online.
I’ve attempted reconnection dozens of times. WIFI is on and strong. Power to the units is on. Fuse box has been checked and nothing off. Power was reset and still nothing. Router is operating as normal. The cameras will not connect to the WiFi
Press top button, no flashing lights. Holding for 20-30 seconds. Nothing. Hard reset. Nothing. Scanning the code. Nothing. What am I missing?
They are two expensive useless bricks at the moment and I spent 3 hours on hold to Ring support and still no answer.
Neither responds to anything. They both display red lights at the very top
Does anyone have any idea
