Spotlight Mounted Cam not working

We got notification that our battery had died. We recharged it but once we put it back in, the battery said it was only working at 3%. I purchased another ring battery, charged it and put it in the cam and now that one said it’s only 3%. I deleted the cam and tried to install but the lights aren’t blinking and it won’t hard reset. Any suggestions?

Hey @mwill3918! You’ve covered all the right bases for this to work as intended. I recommend bringing your Cam close to your router, and reinserting a fully charged battery to attempt automatic reconnection. Please also attempt one more setup from scratch while near the router with the Cam. If this concern persists and the Spotlight Cam does not enter setup mode, the next best step will be to reach out to our support team for more in-depth troubleshooting.
