Ring Security Cameras
Spotlight Motion Light Not Working
My hard wired spotlight cam works great however my motion light stopped working. I have reset the unit, tried adjusting motion zones and still won’t work. When I turn the lights on from my app it works. What else can I try? Thanks .

Hi - I am having the same issue. Security light camera works OK but not lights (even when you turn them on in the app). have checked the motion settings and tried rebooting

CHi @cam93x. Can you please let us know which model of Ring Security Camera you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.

Hi @cam93x. So you are saying your lights have no functionality? They do not come on with motion? They do not come on when you control them in the Ring app? Have you adjusted your[ Light Settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam)?

Hi @user31445. Do you have Motion Activated Lights toggled on? This is located in the Ring app under the Device Settings > Light Settings menu. Let me know if this helps!
