I have been unable to use my floodlight cam because whenever we turn it on, the floodlight continually flashes. The cam is hardwired.
Hi @user41727. First, try rebooting your Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page. You can find the steps to complete a reboot here as well. I’d then recommend reviewing your light settings for the Floodlight Cam, as the motion detection is controlled separately from the motion detection for the camera.
