Spotlight camera I am original owner of this camera I recently changed routers. The camera I have in the backyard reestablished without a problem my spotlight cam Will not stating it’s still registered to the original owner what is the problem thank you
Hey @JamesStanfield ! We gotchu can you please ensure the email address you’re logging in with and trying to set up the device on is the same email address you initially set the Camera on? I have two email addresses I use for accounts and normally get confused on them (oops!), be sure to try another email address you may have and let me know what happens.
