Spotlight Camera Unresponsive

Hi there

Our Spotlight Camera Battery version is not showing any signs of life.
A fully charged battery shows makes the red light come on inside the battery compartment, but there are no flashing lights on the bottom of the camera, even after trying a new setup or full reset procedure.
Any idea what to do?
I have a bad feeling it’s got wet inside, how do I take the camera to bits? I can get the battery compartment out, but how about the rest of it?

Hi @yekootmada. If you’ve done the basic troubleshooting and a reset has not improved the condition of your Spotlight Cam, you will need to reach out to our support team.
