One of the LED light panels stopped working on my Spotlight Camera Plus (battery). Currently, only the light panel on the left side turns on, but it doesn’t look as bright like it’s going to fizzle out as well. After trying to troubleshoot the issue (restarting the device, removing/reinserting the batteries, etc) and unsuccessfully reaching out to Ring support, I can’t resolve this issue. Is this a known issue and if so could my device be replaced?
