This is exactly what is happening to my ring spotlight cam with solar recharger!! I have two batteries but in this menu it only recognizes one. However it does show there are two in the other location …Anyone find a solution?
I have six Spotlight cams and they all have done this since the day I got each one. When I change batteries and insert the 2nd battery the app never recognizes the 2nd battery.
I used to remove and reinsert the batteries multiple times until both were finally recognized. I’ve learned over time that if I just change the batteries and leave it alone both will eventually show up in the app. It can take 20-30 minutes occasionally but it is eventually detected and shown in the app.
I am having the same issue and tried resetting the camera, I then deleted the camera out and added it back in and finally deleted the app and reinstalled and it is still not recognizing the battery
I’m having the same problem. I’ve paid too much for a problem such as to exist.
