I recharged my ring spotlight camera today and when I reinstalled the battery the camera doesn’t connect. The camera does not record and live view doesn’t work. I tried a different battery and both slots and the same issue occur. Any fixes to this problem?
Hi @chrisz. Try resetting the Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button on the top for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, take it through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t do the trick, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can look into this more closely and offer more advanced troubleshooting support.
