Spotlight camera disconnecting from wifi after plugging in solar panel

I am having the same issue. My spotlight camera worked fine on batteries with no WiFi connection problems. I purchased and connected a Ring solar panel and immediately lost WiFi connection to the camera. If I unplug the solar panel, WiFi works.
Ring support, can you please help

Hi @user_0cabf0. Plugging in a Ring Solar Panel should not affect wifi connectivity. We have some troubleshooting suggestions in the previous reply, such as checking for any network changes. You can also contact our support team at one of the numbers here, or on Facebook @Ring.

Hi @Merlin66043. The Solar Panel shouldn't impact the wifi connectivity on your Spotlight Camera. Have there been any other changes with your wifi network or have you added any additional devices that utilize the wifi? Any changes or any new devices on your wifi network could impact the stability of your Spotlight Cam's wifi connection. I'd also recommend checking the RSSI to make sure it indicates a strong and stable connection.
