Spotlight Camera Battery percentage wrong

Just purchased and installed several spotlight Cameras however, one Camera Battery of 2, doesn’t show the battery is installed. The other Camera is indicated that it’s charged to 208%. Any help understanding this problem and how to correct it is greatly appreciated. Eddie T.

Are you using the website dashboard to view the battery status? I've found that when the battery isn't installed (or isn't detected) the dashboard indicates the capacity is 208%. Sometimes it can take a bit for the battery status to update. If you trigger an event such as using live view the battery status should update after it uploads the video to the server.
