Spotlight cam

My spotlights are dim and there is a red light on the camera. Can’t see video at night. Still films. How can I fix it?

Hi there, @Suemccbritt. This sounds to be power related. If lights are dim and night vision is not adjusting your night time videos, please check battery charge or even the outlet used for plugging in, if the Camera is the plug in version. The next best step after checking power, will be to reset the Camera. A reset can be completed by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
