My Spotlight Cam has in a fully charged battery that works on my other cameras, but my camera will not turn on… does anyone know why this could be and what I can do to fix it??
Hi @Kayduk18. Try performing a reset on the camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. If the camera is still unresponsive, you’ll have to contact our support team for the next best steps.
