Spotlight Cam with Solar Panel and backup battery

Hi Ring Community!I purchased the Spotlight Cam with a solar panel and an additional back up battery. I’ve noticed that the solar panel does not charge the back up battery even when the main battery is at 100%. Thus, the back up battery would drain and I would need to charge it manually via micro USB.Is there a way for the solar panel to charge both back up and main batteries on the spotlight cam?Thanks
