Spotlight cam wired not connecting to wifi and flashing light red above camera lens

One of my wired spotlight cams isn’t connecting to my WIFI network. I have tried all the standard way to fix the issue but it will not connect. At present it has a flashing light above the camera len not the bottom light.

Hi @trikeg. Can you describe the light pattern that your camera is having? This will help me determine what is happening. Are you getting a specific error in the Ring app?

The light is flashing once every 2 to 3 seconds and I’m getting the code P1-78.

Hi @trikeg. I’m not sure what troubleshooting steps you have tried, but make sure you have rebooted your Camera to see if it helps. To reboot your Camera, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If this doesn’t help, give our support team a call to further look into this with you.
