Spotlight cam wired 2nd generation, poor image quality

I have a spotlight cam wired 2nd generation that we just installed and the image quality is terrible. I don’t know what to do. We moved our eero outside to be closer to it at still hasn’t changed.

Hi @user46750. It looks to me like the video is blurry or out of focus. Sometimes objects that are too close to the Camera can affect the video and cause this. In your case, the wall off to the right might be affecting it; try repositioning the Camera to see if it makes a difference. Try these other steps as well:
