I have an issue with the video quality playback in the app on both my spotlight cam and doorbell cam. I assumed it was related to a wifi or router issue but I logged into ring.com in the browser on my phone and the videos were much better quality. Are you aware of such an issue with the App or know how to fix this.
Hey @GlennL. Could you please show us the differences in the recording quality on these different platforms? Capturing a screen recording of what it looks like on both platforms will help us compare to see these differences you are talking about!
