Spotlight camera video is not working. It detects motion but does not record. Live view does not work either.
Hi @Bsilva16. Are you able to view the events in the history of your Ring app? What about on Ring.com? If you have a Ring Protect Plan, you recordings should be saved in the Ring cloud. If this is not happening, share a screenshot of what you are seeing in the Ring app so the Community can better assist.
I called technical support. They were able to log in and see that the video processor stopped working. I’ve only had my spotlight camera 1year 1month.
