Spotlight Cam suddenly stopped working

So I’ve seen lots of posts of this same problem but no resolution from Ring. My spotlight cam stopped working, I charged batteries. After inserting back into cam, the red lights remain on steady as though they are not charged. I bought new batteries, same thing. It doesn’t power up at all. Completely dead. What’s the problem?

Hi @wwoof3. I would try performing a reset on your Spotlight Cam. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. After that, you can reconnect to WiFi. Also, be sure that there is no debris in the battery hatch and that it is able to completely close.
