Spotlight cam stuck on white and blue light

I tried using my camera today through the Ring app, to my surprise the camera was completely gone and I could not access it anymore (as if it deleted itself)

When I came home I checked on the camera and it was flashing white and blue lights. I tried resetting it but after holding the reset button down for 20 or 30 seconds it goes right back to the same lights. As soon as I want to reconfigure the camera it fails to connect with WiFi.

I don’t know what I can do anymore, it’s basically a brick now
