Spotlight cam states poor WiFi signal

Just had a wired spotlight cam installed but states that my WiFi signal is poor and doesn’t show anything, no live cam- nothing! The router is inside the house, obviously and the cam is on the same wall where the router is placed. What can I do? I have a ring doorbell, no problem with connectivity and a chime pro which is plugged in upstairs and have no issues with connectivity.

Hi @user65836. What is the RSSI for this device? What types of materials (metal, brick, vinyl siding, etc.) are between your router and your Spotlight Cam? Is your Spotlight Cam connected to your Chime Pro? If not, try connecting it to the Chime Pro.
