Ring when are you going to fix the solar status information in the app??? I have 5 Spotlight cam solar’s and none of them show the solar status in the app!
Hey @JBasco20. We currently have this concern isolated to being on the iOS Ring app, which will have this fixed by later summer with the status being confusing. If your device is not showing as charging and you want to make sure, you can also call up our support team here, who can confirm if the device is charging for you.
