Spotlight cam right side battery compartment doesn’t register on app but does on spotlight cam

Hi @GnC11070. Is the battery fully charged? Have you tried another battery in its place? Try putting just 1 battery in the cam to see if that will allow it to register. Be sure that the battery is fully seated. You can also attempt a reset on your cam to resolve this. You can do that by pressing and holding the setup button on the cam for 20 seconds, then releasing.
