Spotlight Cam restarts when accessing microphone

My spotlight cam is working file, but when I go to live view, and click on the microphone/speaker buttons in the app, the cam restarts and all I get is “Activating Device”

Hi @okami0731. You can find some troubleshooting tips for Live View concerns in our Community Post on the topic here. I’d also recommend trying to activate the Live View on a different smartphone or tablet to see if it’s isolated to only one device. I hope these suggestions help! :slight_smile:
