Spotlight Cam Pro says solar connected. No solar--it's hardwired power

I’ve got a new Spotlight Cam Pro installed with the hardwire kit. It is wired directly to 120V yet it tells me that it’s connected to solar and it does not charge the battery. The battery just drains until it disconnects. I’ve charged manually directly to the battery and through the camera and both do charge the battery. The camera has the latest firmware downloaded to it. Any suggestions?

Hi @jcobbjr. Try factory resetting your Camera to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
