Spotlight Cam Pro not detected as charged

I recently purchased this spotlight cam pro with 2 batteries. It only detected the first battery, the 2nd was greyed out. I replaced the first battery after it was reported as low l, with a fully charged battery but now the cam reports as low battery and now we cannot have live view. I have replaced both batteries no different, i factory reset the cam no difference. The batteries must be full as the light comes on and it detects motion which i can look at but no live view. Ive spent hours on this now very frustrating. Has anyone got a solution?

Ensure both fully charged batteries are fully clicked into place in the battery hatch, then attempt to factory reset the Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds.
