Spotlight Cam Pro going offline

I bought a twin pack of the hardwired version of them above cameras which is effectively the battery version with the hardwired kit. These replaced my 2 previous Spotlight Cam Mounts. One of them is going offline for no apparent reason i.e. network is fine and power is too. The other one started/went offline today too for the first time. Pressing the reset button appears to fix the issue but I have never had an issue with the previous Spotlight Cam Mounts going offline.

I’m just wondering has the exact same issue happened to anyone else? Both cameras are in the exact same location as the previous ones and using the same hardwire.

Hi @Bono. If your Cameras are disconnecting from your WiFi, try the following additional steps:

  • Verify that your Cameras have good signal strength.

  • Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
