Spotlight Cam Plus reporting two different MAC addresses

I am troubleshooting a connection problem with my “Corner” Ring Cam Spotlight Plus to my home 2.4 home network.

I have just found something that might be causing the problem:

the MAC address shown in my android Ring App/Device Health for “Corner” is 9C:76:13:86:8D:82.

I can monitor my Router’s log file in real-time during the Device Setup process and the see the router is not seeing this MAC address

but a similar MAC address 9C:76:13:87:03:D6.

Can you please explain why the Ring App/Device Health displays one MAC Address for the “Corner” Spotlight Cam, 9C:76:13:86:8D:82,

but when this device connects to my router’s 2.4 SSID the router logs messages associated with a different MAC Address, 9C:76:13:87:03:D6?
