Spotlight cam plus plug in - loss of wifi and powert

After installing camplus ‘plug in’ find it constantly drops off wi-fi. Have reset/installed again without resolve. Additionally,occasionally status advises loss of power even if plugged in. Note cam does not have batteries as advised not needed, i.e. plugged in supply. Appreciate any help. Fyi have Ring doorbell 2 and Chime which both work perfectly.

Hi @user72912. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page? This is a measure of how strong the wifi signal is on your Spotlight Cam. If the signal is not strong or stable enough, you can experience connectivity issues like this. I’d also recommend performing a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page to see if that resolves the power status issue.
