Spotlight Cam Plus not connecting

I too have recently purchased a spotlight cam plus . Worked perfectly fine for a week and stopped receiving notifications. I then found out it wasn’t connecting with my wifi. I have tried the setup several times as well as trying to change my WiFi wpa security settings.
The initial install will go through fine but will never work after it’s complete.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Username123. What is the RSSI for this Spotlight Cam? The issue you are describing sounds like it is related to a poor RSSI. You can view your RSSI in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. You can also learn more about RSSI and how it affects your Ring devices here.
